Keyshia Cole’s dream wedding was realized this weekend when the star married her hubby again in Hawaii.

Keyshia and Daniel Gibson wed earlier this year in May in a private ceremony in Vegas, but that was only a precursor to the bigger ceremony held Sunday at the picturesque locale.According to Keyshia's tweets, Daniel did a great job getting all of her closest friends and family, including mom Frankie and sister Elite, to the island for the event.

Although there weren't too many fans in attendance, the ceremony may have been taped for Keyshia's upcoming reality series, "Family First," scheduled to premiere in 2012.

Keyshia was more than just a little excited about the upcoming nuptials.

R&B songbird Keyshia Cole took to Twitter to reveal that's she's been hard at work, cooking up a new album.The upcoming project, following her fourth studio effort, Calling All Hearts, will feature penned hits from songwriter Ester Dean, who has worked with Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Beyoncé, Mary J. Blige and many more. Cole is also slated to collaborate with Boi-1da, who's most notable for his work with Drake, most recently co-producing "Headlines."

Keyshia has appeared to caught a jones for the new material on her album. She tweeted: "I’ can in love with these songs I’ve recorded. REAL TALK."

The album is yet-to-be-titled, but sources say it will be in early 2012.

After serving three years for criminal possession of a weapon rapper Prodigy is giving the full rundown on life thus far in a new autobiography titled My Infamous Life.

Some of the more telling moments in the self-reflective reads comes courtesy of the diminutive rapper (I swear son should be living happily ever after as a troll under a bridge somewhere) name dropping the industry broads he unknowingly “bagged.”

Mobb Deep rap star Prodigy’s autobiography promises to be a juicy tell-all, judging by excerpts released recently. The 29-year-old American singer was born to Francine ‘Frankie’ Lons, but was later adopted by Yvonne Cole.

Keyshia – who is best known for her songs Let It Go and Calling All Hearts – starred in her reality/documentary series Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is which aired on BET from 2006 to 2008. The series showed the star navigating both her career and strained relationships with her biological mother and sister.

In 2009 Keyshia’s mother and sister debuted their own reality show titled Frankie & Neffe on the same channel.

Keyshia has no hard feelings towards her family and is “proud” of her mom for making a success of her life.

“I can’t speak for Nefeteria, but I can definitely say for my mother, she’s doing a lot better. Even her worst on TV is better than she did when she was on the streets, so I would have to say absolutely it did her great, and I’m very proud of her,” she told Hip Hop Weekly.

Keyshia insists her troubles with her mom are firmly in the past. Both her biological and adopted mothers have been able to support her in different ways and she appreciates them both equally.

“I just realised at times that I may have needed my mom to be there. Now Yvonne is constantly there and so is Frankie, just in a different way. The mother of singer Keyshia Cole is back in jail, sources say. Reportedly Frankie Lons, the mother of Cole and former cast member of VH1's Celebrity Rehab, is behind bars on drug related charges.

Lons was pulled over for a routine traffic violation, which led officials to investigate the woman, says tmz.com. Upon research, authorities discovered that Lons had an open warrant out for her arrest resulting from an earlier probation violation. Police searched Lons' car and confiscated "drug-related material" located on Lons.

Lons was taken to a nearby jail and booked on misdemeanor drug possession and probation violation charges. Only last month Lons was behind bars for violating parole following her failure of a drug test.

In response, Cole tweeted: "You know I really pray she gets it together for herself . . . She has to want change for herself."

Lons is perhaps best known for her stint on the most recent season of Celebrity Rehab. On the reality show, Lons was seeking treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.

Keyshia Cole has released a new video for her track "Take Me Away" from her Calling All Hearts release. The video, directed by Taj (J-Lo, Rihanna, Nas), features the R&B songstress on the beach dancing and later in the bath getting a massage.

The song had previously made its way to number 27 on the Billboard R&B charts. After premiering the vid on her Twitter feed and getting props from her followers, Cole assured fans the filming was a professional affair."Thanx you guys. Im glad you all like THE VIDEO. I shot it 2 times to make sure it was right," she tweeted.

Later she added she was back in the studio hard at work, writing, "In studio. Getting on another justice league track. Yea."

Keyshia Cole's latest single, 'Take Me Away', is a late-night-love jam released just in time for lovers' favorite holiday.

The song's lush, bright veneer aligns the tune with both modern R&B and the genre's classic '90s sound, particularly of the female diva variety.The production is sparse, reverb-rich and dappled with twinkling piano lines, allowing Cole's voice, as well as the breathy background vocal harmonies, to shine through with lyrics like: "I'm so in love with you / No lie I'm telling the truth / I'm your woman / Now baby take me away."

Cole carries the song with honeyed conviction, and listening to the chorus line of "I love my baby" feels almost voyeuristic, as if her lyrics were meant to be whispered into an ear rather than sung into a microphone. It's Cole at her best: composed and introspective, wearing her heart on her sleeve.

I sure love me some Keyshia Cole. But I don't get to talk to the 29-year-old R&B powerhouse quite as often these days with so much on her plate.

I'm talking about a new Top 10 album, Calling All Hearts, a fast-approaching tour, an impending wedding to Cleveland Cavaliers player Daniel Gibson, their baby, Daniel Gibson Jr., about to turn one and, of course, mom Frankie checking out of Celebrity Rehab (man, she sure smuggled a lot of wigs in there with her!). Fortunately, I got a few minutes to catch up with Keysh in December right before the album dropped about how she lost the baby weight and her upcoming plans to walk down the aisle. Read on!

UsMagazine.com: You look amazing How do you feel about your body right now?

Keyshia Cole: I feel great. I definitely feel that I am where I was before I got pregnant. It took a lot of preparing and working out during the pregnancy and after -- definitely a lot of hard work that pays off.

US: How much weight did you gain while you were pregnant?

KC: Fifty pounds.

US: Wow! So you lost that in how long?

KC: I pretty much lost it once Daniel came. He was pretty much all of it. I definitely gained a lot of weight in my backside area. I think in my arms and things like that so I just did a lot of toning and stuff for that. I've never really been a big girl -- I've always been pretty small.

US: What was your fitness goal after you got pregnant? Was it just to lose the 50 pounds? I guess to tone up too, right?

KC: Yeah to tone up. Just because you have to stay healthy to even be able to sing on the road and do all the promos and do the concerts. There were about 15 pounds that stayed with me after I had my son, and it was kind of tough to get that off. I would look at the pictures and look at my back and be like, "What happened?"

US: What kind of diet do you typically follow?

KC: During the time that I was working out in L.A. I had a chef there and ate chicken and fish and occasionally I like shrimp and chicken soup. Nothing really fried or anything like that. A bunch of vegetables and—nothing really with a lot of taste.

US: What's a typical daily menu? What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks?

KC: I like turkey bacon and egg whites, of course small portions. But occasionally I'll have a bagel because I love bagels. For lunch and dinner, I usually eat baked chicken or fish and a lot of vegetables and salads. And for snacks, my last chef had me eating frozen grapes, which taste like ice cream! I also try to eat apples and stuff like that.

US: Tell me about your current workout routine. What do you do?

KC: I had worked with Greg Miele and his partner Gunnar out in LA. We didn't really do a lot of cardio. We just did like a lot of weight training. We do about 45 minutes of weight training and then we five minutes of cardio or five minutes on the bike. Pretty much the whole time weight training or boxing training. I like working over there with Greg and Gunnar because they have a lot of different techniques for working out.

US: Do you ever work out with Daniel?

KC: We did a lot. My double chin was a little much for him. So he started to go, “Let’s go in the gym. Come on, come on, come on!” I'm like, "Seriously? Once I get started you won’t ever have to worry."

US: But he's supportive, right?

KC: Yeah, I had to cuss him out about my double chin, but after that we got it together.

US: When you eventually have the wedding, are you going to work harder to get more in shape for the wedding?

KC: Yeah, most definitely. I still have a lot of the muscle toning from when I worked out with Greg about a month and a half ago.

US: Do you know when the wedding is going to be or have you gotten into the planning?

KC: I would like for it to be soon! I really want to have a perfect wedding: with horses and a real waterfall. I was thinking about Bora Bora or somewhere where we just take all of our people with us on one big American Airline plane or something I just want to be alone on an island somewhere in front of a waterfall with horse and carriages -- all white and gold.

US: Have you started planning officially?

KC: Sort of, but not really. I definitely am writing a lot of things down as far as what I want and what I won't negotiate on.

US: And you're busy now with the album anyway. How do you feel about it?

KC: I felt the way I felt before Steve and I both met, and then experiencing these life changing moments we have together. I think it's a very strong album -- I know what people love and I know what they love to hear from me. I think that it's going to be one of my best albums.

US: Are you going to bring your baby on the road?

KC: Most definitely. My baby is going to be a touring baby. My little best friend!

US: How do you make all that work with Daniel and traveling and both of your careers?

KC: We’re like every other couple that has things to do. You just have to work it out. You have to take it one day at a time and have an understanding for each other's careers. This is our life and we have to deal with it the best way that we can. So at times we might miss each other terribly.

US: But you’re happy right now?

KC: Yes. And so is he. We do the best that we can to work it out because like I said we deal with each other a lot. But you know, there's always iChat and quick trips.

Keyshia Cole's most significant moment came in 2006, when her reality show, 'Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is,' debuted on BET. The series -- which documented the exploits of Keyshia and her family (mainly her sister Neffe and mother Frankie) -- aired for three seasons and was a ratings hit for the network.

"My first defining moment I would have to say was the reality show," Cole told the BoomBox. "It helped me, of course, define myself. It helped a lot with my audience to be able to get to know me. So it was very helpful in every aspect that I can even think of. It helped me grow into the woman that I am today."During the show's run, Cole was filmed while she was recording two albums, 'Just Like You' (2007) and 'A Different Me' (2008), along with plenty of drama that ensued in between. Cole has stayed busy; her fourth and latest album, 'Calling All Hearts,' was released in December 2010.

"I'm always singing, I'm always writing, I'm always performing, the ball never stops for me," says the R&B starlet. "A Keyshia Cole album comes together with thoughts, different things I've been through, different things I've seen, family members, experience [and] being honest about what I've learned in that time frame of my life," she says.

If you've been craving some quality R&B, Keyshia Cole's recently released album is a must-have. After her brief hiatus, Cole has returned to the music scene with Calling All Hearts — an album that will leave all of her fans pretty satisfied.The album is loaded with numerous tracks that discuss matters of the heart with a few standouts. The song, "Take Me Away" has a very fun feel to it and is definitely an album highlight. The track, as Cole says herself in the song, is "a new hit for the radio." Another highlight is the song "Last Hangover." With this song, Cole sings over a Timbaland-produced beat that strays from her typical songs. "Tired of Doing Me," a song featuring Tank is also a highly desirable listen. Tank provides solid vocals on the track and the combination of their voices makes for an engaging listen.

Calling All Hearts shows a new level of maturity and vocal growth on Cole's part. "Better Me" shows how much Cole has grown as a person compared to the person who sang songs such as "I Should've Cheated" and "I Changed My Mind." Her vocal range and dexterity shines through vibrantly throughout her album.

The only thing that this album is lacking is a true definite break away from Cole's past albums. She has not done away with singing about love and relationships. There's nothing new or particularly exciting about it, though the songs are more positive this time around.

Keyshia Cole has produced a very emotional album filled with plenty of ballads that showcase her talent as an R&B singer. And while it may not be Cole's best album to date, it is definitely an album worth listening to.

Keyshia Cole hoping for Nickelback duet

Keyshia Cole has revealed that her dream collaboration would be with Canadian rock band Nickelback.

The R&B star gave the answer during a video interview for Vevo's Ask: Reply series.

"I think that I would say for my dream collaboration, it would have to be Nickelback," she explained. "I love them as a group, I truly do, and I would absolutely love to do a song that is very heartfelt and alternative and R&B somehow in the same light."

Cole also claimed that her 2004 debut single 'I Changed My Mind' with Kanye West is her favourite collaboration so far. The singer's recent album Calling All Hearts sees her team up with a variety of artists including Nicki Minaj, Faith Evans and Timbaland.

Big wedding, little drama. That's Keyshia Cole's recipe for wedded bliss.

"I want a waterfall, and I won't rest until I get it," the R&B singer, who's set to marry NBA player Daniel Gibson next month, told PEOPLE at Saturday's taping of the BET Honors in Washington, D.C. The show will air Feb. 21 at 9 p.m.

But just because she's determined, that doesn't make her a bridezilla.
"No, I'm cool," Cole says, admitting that she's running the show. "It's all me. He just wants to dance, that's it."

Cole and her Cleveland Cavalier fiancé, who got engaged shortly before having their first child early last year, still haven't nailed down the wedding date for next month. But it won't be Valentine's Day. "[It's] more like the 17th or the 22nd, somewhere in there," Cole says.

When the day arrives, their son, Daniel Hiram Gibson Jr., might try a little dancing, too. "He's definitely walking now. He says 'Mommy,' and I think he's starting to say 'Keyshia.' That's exciting," Cole says.

And which parent does he take after? Says Cole: "His dad bought him a basketball – and he's definitely dunking already."

Collaborating with Rap Barbie Doll Nicki Minaj on the first single, I aint through yet, is a strange choice for Cole, who had claimed she was more musically mature in this album. Her soft, slow vocals don’t sound aggressive enough when she screams “about to take over yeah, this is my year”.

The song bombed on the charts and Cole admitted to regretting the decision to work with Minaj. The only track that allows Cole to showcase her vocal talents is If I fall in love again with Faith Evans, who brings the track to life with her ’90s soul and hip-hop charm. All hearts, little life is the problem plaguing Keyshia Cole’s stodgy fourth album, one rich in soulful confessionals but without everlasting beats. Single “I Ain’t Thru” is so dead on arrival – think of a blander Mary J. Blige – that even magic-making rapper Nicki Minaj, who can elevate just about any collaboration, can’t send it into survival mode.

“Tired of Doing Me” sounds like Blige leftovers too, a sound Cole wisely resisted on her last studio album, A Different Me, which went for a sexier, dance-funk-soul amalgam. Without that singularity to distinguish her from her peers, Cole’s the kid who’d rather fit in than stand out. Look to “Last Hangover,” and there’s super producer Timbaland. Look to “Thank You,” and there’s the stock song for the Lord. Too much of it’s forgettable, save for a few golden moments: “Take Me Away,” a snappy groove that could’ve easily fit on her last CD; “If I Fall in Love Again,” with vocal match Faith Evans; and “Sometimes,” a gentle softie about pushing on that perfectly frames her vulnerable voice. Singing from a real place that never feels filtered isn’t her problem. But a body needs more than a heart.

The event was jointly organised by the Sabah Computer Society and State IT Advancement Unit in conjunction with ICT Month (November).

"So far, we don't have to worry about radiation from the mobile phone base station. Based on the survey done, the maximum radiation from the mobile phone tower (close to antenna) is only 0.01 miliWatt per centimetre square.

"Radiation from a mobile phone tower (on the ground outside buildings) is 0.004 miliWatt per centimetre square. All the base stations that have been installed on the tower or on the rooftop are very safe. There is nothing to worry about radiation from the base station," Tan said.

According to him, in most accessible places around mobile telephone systems, the radio frequency (RF) and micro-wave (MW) radiation levels are very low (<1.5>

Mobile phone radiation is defined as radio frequency (RF) and micro-wave (MW) radiation, and also as electromagnetic wave.

According to Tan, the characteristics of RF and MW fall under the Non-Ionizing Radiation (NIR) category, and relate to field strengths versus distance.

"RF and MW radiation exists everywhere but it cannot be detected by normal human senses. However, it can partially be felt when exposed to high-field strengths with the repulsion of body hairs.

"We know the public are very worried about getting cancers from radiation through the use of mobile phones.

"Based on the measurement of mobile phone radiation, its level is low if the handset is off. You get a very small signal. Its power density is only 0.0055 miliWatt per centimetre square.

"When you switch on your handphone, the radiation level is only 0.1 miliWatt per centimetre square. And when your handphone is on standby, radiation is minimum.

Tan also enlightened on the exposure limits for the public, which were set by an international body to protect the public. Asked on the penetration of RF & MW radiation into the human body, he said iit depends on the frequency.

"Lower frequency like that in TV and radio is more penetrating than the higher frequency (in handphone, radar and MW communication). Which means the handphone radiation is not really that penetrating compared with TV or Radio radiation."

Mobile telephone users were also told to try to avoid going near mobile telephone base stations, which are all over the place. Such base station may be on a tower on the ground (outside buildings), on the rooftop of a building or indoors.

Indoor base stations are mostly installed in shopping complexes to cover indoor areas. "Talking of exposure from a mobile phone tower, if the measurement is 100 miliwatt per centimetre square, this is a very clear hazard. We don't allow this to happen."

He said the field strength or radiation will decrease exponentially (or 1/Distance2). "That is, if you are nearer or one metre from the antennas in the base station, you will get around 900 microWatt per centimetre square.

This means the radiation level is approaching the Exposure Limit (EL) for the public. But as you go farther (a 3-metre distance), you will only get around 100 microWatt per centimetre square.

"To be safe, it would be a good idea to stay in a building because it is 10 to 100 times lower compared with outside the building. This is what we mean by building attenuation."

Based on a radio frequency (RF) survey done on radiation from a directional antenna (base station), he said if you are 50 to 200 metres from the station, you will be getting around 1/1000 from the exposure limit (EL).

"It means the signal or exposure you are getting is very low compared with the EL. Furthermore, you will get it from certain directions only, so it is safe to be on the left and right-hand sides of the antenna."

On radiation from a rod antenna (handphone), he said the handphone transmits in all directions but its signal is very low.

Responding to the Sabah Computer Society President Taitim Tulas who wanted to know the potential danger of a mobile telephone's proximity to the body (when placed in a pocket or around the waist) for a long period, Tan said no survey has been done on this and neither was there any complaint of negative effects on health as a result of doing so.

To another question, he said any telecommunication equipment brought into the country will be checked by the Malaysian authorities to ensure it is safe for use, unless it is brought in illegally.

"It has to be tested accordingly before the public are allowed to use it."

Furthermore, he said there are several guidelines for compliance if the service provider wants to put up a mobile telephone base station.

"The consideration is where and how far the base station would be from the public."

Also present were the Director of State IT Advancement Unit, Bruno Vun, Organising Chairperson Karen Wong, avid blogger Mark Mojitoh from the Sabah Credit Corporation who gave a talk on Blogging and Alex Ku from the Malaysian Open Source Training Centre who spoke on Wireless Networking & Ethical Hacking.

TAN said measurement of mobile phone radiation is important for two reasons. Firstly, RF radiation is not detectable by human senses.

Secondly, RF radiation at close distance is suspected to be hazardous to human health.

He said RF radiation is measured by using a special survey instrument that can measure the field strengths.

According to Tan, the Malaysian Institute of Nuclear Technology (MINT) has carried out radiation safety assessment at more than 16 mobile telephone base stations and more than 15 TV and Radio Broadcast Stations throughout the country.

"This is how they assess the radiation hazard. A complete radiation survey during commissioning (onsite and offsite); regular and special workplace radiation surveys during operation and maintenance (onsite); and personnel exposure measurements (onsite)."

With the aid of graphs showing radiation from mobile telephone base stations (rooftop), Tan noted that the measurement is slightly higher (around 0.025 miliwatt per centimetre square).

MINT had also come to Sabah to measure mobile phone radiation at the site of several base stations (on the ground, inside building and rooftop).

"Results show that you will be getting higher radiation from a base station on the ground (that is the tower). There is more signal or radiation from the ground (outside buildings) compared with a base station that is inside buildings and also on the rooftop. Radiation from a base station on the rooftop is low, only a small signal."

On the results of a RF survey around TV and Radio Stations, Tan said the radiation level is 0.9-8 microwatt per centimetre square for a 300-foot tower.

"But if the tower is lower, you will get more radiation actually because it is nearer to you."
